REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

Baratza offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on any product you purchase direct from Baratza. Please e-mail support@baratza.com to get information to process the refund or exchange. If you purchased a Baratza Grinder from one of our resellers, please contact them directly about the refund or exchange.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please submit any cancellation via e-mail to support@baratza.com. If we receive the cancellation before the order is shipped we will either void the charge or refund the entire charge. If the order has been shipped we will refund the charge minus the shipping once the product is returned to Bellevue. We will make every effort to get the product returned before delivery. If the product is delivered it is the responsibility of the customer to return it to Baratza.
